Please read before using the app
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Hayseed Homeschool Planner app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use this app
This app is intended for parents, guardians, and home educators aged 18 and over. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with any applicable laws in your country.
3. Subscriptions
The Hayseed Homeschool Planner offers four subscription tiers: Starter (£0.99/month), Basic (£7.99/month), Equipped (£14.99/month), and Supported (£39.99/month). All subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
4. Free trial and billing
Where a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
6. Supported plan sessions
The Supported plan includes one 45-minute support session every two weeks. Sessions must be booked in advance. Missed sessions cannot be carried over. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.
7. Content and intellectual property
All templates, downloads, and content provided through the app are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any app content without written permission from Hayseed Education.
8. User content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
The Hayseed Homeschool Planner is a planning and tracking tool. It is not a replacement for professional educational or therapeutic advice. We are not liable for any decisions made based on app content.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of the app after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
